“I made my emergency call in the morning and Joe advised he would be with us at about six in the evening, he was 10 minutes early. He quickly analysed why the plug had burnt out and how to correct and repair the fault. The work was agreed with me and carried out there and then. The job took just over an hour to complete and during the whole experience it felt like I was dealing with a competent and professional workman who knew what he was doing.Thank you Joe.”

I then decided to use them for a replacement for the replacement of my fuse box which was more than 30 years old. I was extremely pleased with the job, which looked better than the original one. They were very tidy did there best to place the new one in a nice position. This was successfully done. The place was cleaned up very tidily afterwards. I will certainly use them again if I need an electrician.”

We also at his suggestion changed the main board as it was really jammed full and was 22 years old. All this in one day. Fantastic!!! His team are brilliant!!”

Rang Joe at JM Electrics, who suggested that rather than calling him out we should flip the RCD fuse and see what came on. Everything. Later, we identified a fault in the grill as it heated up - which can be fixed slowly at our leisure, while other household electrics run smoothly. Great advice.”

Joseph was the only one who I had confidence in to do the job based on the way he explained everything and also advised that the initial installation of 8 lights would be too many for the space so instead we went with 6. Other electrician’s just said 8 will be fine which didn’t give me too much confidence as Joseph also explained how he was going to position the lights and space them out so they look good. We had water ingress in the wall and he managed to find the problem and took his time to sort out instead of rewiring the circuit. Costing me more money!!! He was very diligent in finding and sorting out the problem.... The Electrician Joe was really tidy and explained everything to me. Nothing was a problem. He even picked up on incorrect lights in my bathroom which I will get Joe to come back to sort out... Thank you much appreciated.”

He was unable to resolve the issue there and then but came back the next day and painstakingly tested the circuit until he located the fault. He was thorough, conscientious, open and extremely patient with the whole process - which was both baffling and frustrating but he was determined! He is extremely competent and knows his stuff so eventually got to the bottom of it and was able to get the circuit going again for us. Good price. Many thanks - would highly recommend.”
